The controller of your personal data is the University of Wrocław with headquarters at pl. Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wroclaw. Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose of publishing process, including in particular the conclusion of a license agreement. The basis for the processing of personal data is to take action at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract, as well as the need for processing to conclude a license agreement and the publishing process and to establish the claim, its investigation or defense. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the publishing process. The data will be made available to the C.H.Beck sp.z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-203, at ul. Bonifraterska 17 in order to finish the publishing process. The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and for the period necessary to establish the claim, its investigation or defense. You have the right to access your data and subject to the law: the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
